What is Raykiri?

Raykiri is a platform where experts, including consultants in various industries, can easily create listings to display their services to businesses seeking assistance in their ventures. 
Using raykiri bypasses the need for firms to go through the tedious and expensive process of engaging with consulting firms by connecting them directly with the appropriate professionals.

What are the two user types?

Raykiri has a system that distinguishes users between 'Experts' and 'Businesses.' An Expert user is an individual consultant who can post a listing outlining their qualifications and experience. A Business user is a company that seeks to improve their performance and navigates the relevant raykiri categories and selects their desired professional.

How do I list my services for hire on the platform?

To showcase your services for hire on our platform, begin by registering as an Expert. Simply visit raykiri.com and click on the "Sign Up" button. Opt to register as an Expert and proceed to fill in your details. Once your registration is complete, you can enrich your profile with your expertise and qualifications, and create a listing for your services. Upon registering You'll be asked to 'Connect with Strope" - You can do this by clicking on the Menu drop down and selecting 'Payouts with Stripe' here you'll be able to onboard yourself as an Expert in order to get paid. Once your Stripe details are in place, you're all set to publish your first listing.

How do I get paid on Raykiri and what are the associated fees?

When you create a listing for your service and another Business hires you, you'll receive approx. 92% of the Listing fee as profit. The exact % varies - this depends on that price you post your listing at. As an Expert If you are making active sales each month you'll also be charged a flat rate of $2 AUD per month additionally, (For months when you've made no sales, you won't be charged at all). RAYKIRI fee is 8% of the total listing fee.

How to View My Payouts

To view your payouts please click on 'My Sales' in the navigation menu, then on the My Sales page click on the 'View Payouts' button This will open your Stripe Payouts Dashboard. You can also access this from the dropdown menu and selecting 'Payouts with Stripe'.

Once a business hires you, payment is automatic. Initially, processing may take about 7-14 days, but future payouts will be faster, typically within 4-7 days from the transaction. To track your payouts, navigate to the dropdown menu on the Raykiri header and select "Edit Profile." Scroll down to find the 'See connected Stripe account' button. Clicking this button will take you to the secure payouts area. You'll receive a notification and, after entering the code, access your own private connected portal on Raykiri. Here, you can view all pending payouts from businesses that have recently hired you.

What countries does RAYKIRI Operate in?

RAYKIRI facilitates businesses worldwide to procure services from Experts globally, provided the Expert has listed their services as 'Remote'. However, for Experts to register on RAYKIRI, they must currently be based in Australia. This requirement ensures they can receive payments through the platform, which currently supports payouts exclusively for Australian Experts. In the future, RAYKIRI plans to extend registration options to Experts from around the world. If you are a business user seeking to hire an Expert and are uncertain about their remote service availability, please reach out to them directly before purchasing their services.

I didn't get paid as my payouts says 'Paused'

If you realise you haven't received payment and discover that your payouts are paused upon logging into your payments portal, it may be because you haven't completed your bank account payout details. During the payment process, if your account wasn't verified, you'll be prompted to add a payment account and potentially verify your account. Once you've verified and added your bank account details to your payments portal, you'll be all set to receive payouts. You can check the estimated payout date by logging into your payments portal. (Note that your account will not be paused in most cases; this only occurs if the correct details weren't initially provided when creating your onboarded payouts Stripe account.)

Are the payments safe?

Raykiri itself does not collect any banking or payment gateway related sensitive information from you. The Stripe platform (which is one of the world's leading and safe payment gateways) holds all your payout information and provides the payment processing functionally strictly on Stripes secure servers. This means that Raykiri simply facilitates the posting of your listing for hire services, but its Stripe payment gateway that holds all your private banking, and payout relating information securely! Why do I not see 'Post Listing' button?

On Raykiri only Experts post listings. If you can't see the 'Post Listing' button on the menu this means you've registered as a standard Business user not an Expert. To be able to post a listing please register a new account by clicking on 'Sign Up' on menu. Then when the popup prompts you to register as Expert or Business choose option that says: 'Are you an expert looking to list your services? - Continue' now you'll be able to register as an expert and from here you'll be able to post listings offering your Expert consultancy services for hire!

As a Business, how do I contact an Expert user?

Experts can be contacted through the "Send Message" feature next to the profile name on the listing. The Expert will receive a message in their inbox and will be prompted to respond to their message. Deliberations on the nature of the work needed can take place through this message feature before the user is hired.

I've just hired an Expert, what do I do now?

Raykiri offers Experts the ability to make a listing and post their services for hire. When a business decides to hire an expert the communications between the 2 parties is solely the responsibility of the Business and the Expert who has been hired. If you are a business and have just hired and Expert, the Expert will receive a notification of the fact you've made hired them via making payment for their services. Please feel free to contact the Expert you have hired and you'll be able to chat with them regards services you've paid for.

I'm not hearing back from an Expert even tho I've paid them for their services, what should I do?

If you've not heard anything from an expert after sending them countless emails regards services you've paid for please get in contact with us at: [email protected] Although its the business's responsibility to reach out to an Expert they have hired, we may be able to help also reaching an Expert who has become unresponsive.
